I’m in the process of applying for a study permit. I was going to add my sister in my letter of explanation to prove how close we are as a family for the purpose of showing family ties in my home country. But I’m now wondering if mentioning her will negatively impact my study permit application if she’s already applied for the express entry. For context, she applied in Jan 2021 and is yet to hear back from officials.
Will my student permit get rejected if my sister has applied for PR - express entry?
