i am an Arab gay man living in a homophobic Arab country where we have 0 rights and where any gay man is a subject to prison for 3 years due to a legislative law here. i am under huge pressure and got hit by friends before just for suspecting that i might be gay. i have no future in here and i can't keep living in a lie. i want to come to Canada and claim asylum as a gay man because i know with all my country situation if just suspecting me being gay this happened how worse it will be when i will not get married soon as i am in the marrying age as a Muslim and much pressure being held on me. huge threats will be in my way. i am just wondering if my asylum claimant would be accepted or i would have to go back to my hell here.
