Will my OINP application be affected if my Express Entry prof became ineligible

I applied for the Ontario provincial nomination after receiving an invite from them in Jan. But my language test results expired yesterday (Apr 17) due to which my Express Entry profile has become ineligible. I have already taken the language test and am waiting for the mark list.

Will my OINP application and my chances of getting a nomination be affected in any way when I create a new Express Entry profile? Also will my profile number remain the same?

Would really appreciate any help on this. Thanks.
