Will my MBA be recognized in Canada?

Hi there,

I am a Canadian interested in completing an International MBA at the Athens University of Economics and Business (in Athens, Greece).

The university is listed as a "Dedicated Educational Institution" on canada.ca , and the school is accredited by AMBA.

How can I know if the MBA is recognized in Canada? Would it be misleading to use the MBA title in Canada?

MBA isn't a protected title, so even if you got it at the Podunk College of Joinery, Basket Weaving, and Business in Upper Little Podunk, Arkansas, you could put those three letters after your name.

As to whether or not employers would see it as an MBA, up to the employers.
