Hi, i recently sent of the skilled worker application to the London CHC.
To answer the main duties part of my job on the form i put down "see additional sheet" and sent a job description and duties from a recent job vacancy.
However i missed this part in the "how to apply instructions"
"Use additional sheets of paper if there is not enough space on the form. Indicate your
name, the form’s title and the number or letter of the question you are answering"
I did not put my name on it, the form title or the question number although its obvious what it refers to.
Secondly i take it that if i had to do 2 sheets of the 3rd and last page in the application, "details of family members" you only have to sign the last sheet for the entire application and not both.
