I included the "Document Checklist" with my application with every applicable box checked off except I forgot to check off the box to say I included the checklist.
Basically it looked like this *insert small check box* "This Document Checklist". (I forgot to check that box off) Will this be a big deal?

Also I did not include "Use of a Representative form" or "Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union" because neither applied to us. Should I have included them but wrote Not Applicable on the forms instead?

i think you need to stop worrying about the minor things...

Well I was just asking..
I can't exactly afford to have my application returned because I will be without legal status if it is.

I guess I was just looking for some reassurance like most people here. I am sure you have worried as well. ::)

yeh i have.. it doesn't help..
either they send it back.. or they process it...

if you worry about every single minor detail or mistake that you've made you will make yourself go crazy.

Dear LoveYoung, Its not a worrying thing, infact i also mistakenly leave some check boxes in my applications. In every applications this type of errors are mistakenly happen. So think positive.

Thanks everybody. I am sure everything will be okay but sometimes my mind drives me crazy. Lol.
I appreciate the positive vibes though.

Yep, a great big "DITTO" to that!

I think you will be fine. The checklist is so that they know what forms you have included, so if you didn't check the 'document checklist' box ON the actual 'document checklist', I think they will safely assume you have included it!

Everyone worries after sending in their application, it's totally normal. They see imperfect applications every day, and I am sure yours will go through with no problems.

Missing a box on the checklist will not hurt you. Not including the Use of Rep form or the Stat Dec of Common Law union will not hurt you if your are not in that category.

Relax ;D

Thank you so kindly bobshynoswife and rjessome. You have no idea how much you have relaxed my mind.
I would give you a hug if I could. Lol.

I really need to find a hobby. My hubby says it is like if I don't have anything to worry about, I look for something to worry about. Sadly I think he is right. :-[

We didnt include those documents either because they were not applicable to us. I put NA on the checklist or left it blank.
