Will Medical and Police certificate from India work for an inland application?

Initially I was planning to file an outland application . so my wife did Medical and police certifcate from india . Now she is in canada and i want to file an inland application . Can I attach same medical and police certificate from india.

As long as the medical was performed by a qualified medical doctor from CIC panel, yes you may. Police certificate is valid as long as it recent enough (i believe it has 6 month validity).

Actually, it looks like she will need a new police clearance:

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.



Since it was issued while she was in India, it doesn't look like it would be accepted.

She has to get a new police clearance certificate, as she is currently in Canada. The PCC which she got from India is not valid for Inland applications. In Canada BLS-India offers the services and if you fall under Toronto Jurisdiction or Vancouver Jurisdiction it will take about 4 - 6 weeks to get the PCC and if you fall under Ottawa Jurisdiction it will take about 10 days to get PCC.
