Will Job Seeker validation code expire?

Hi all,

I was sent a Job Seeker validation code when I entered the EE pool. I haven't registered an account with Job Bank until now, and the system told me either the EE profile number or the Job Seeker validation code was invalid. So I wonder if the Job Seeker validation code will expire after a time..
