My wife is going to put an FSW Application.She is working as Computer Lectrurer(on the 38 List).

In 2008 she has left her job for the period of Sep'08 to Dec'08 due to Pregnancy.

She has joined back with the same employer from Dec'08 to till date.

She has total 37 Months Expreince excluding these three months.

So will CHC Consider her case and what supporting documents they can asked for.

Harpreet, she should have one continuous year of experience in last 10 years. From your post it looks like she has it. In that case she qualifies as far as number of continuous years of experience is concerned, provided she is in 38 occupation list (Please check the R&R for the matching NOC code that she qualifies for)

Also since she has between 3 to 4 years of exp she will get 19 points for experience.

Go ahead and apply soon before January 2010 I know its rumors that the 38 MOS list might change but if you have decided the prepare your file and send it. Best of luck
