I am currently in a sponsorship undertaking, I want to know if it is possible to reverse my inland SCLPC application into outland. If the person I have sponsored is no longer a TRV holder in Canada, ( lost of valid status, intentions of relocating ) Can I rise an inquiry through CSQ and change my application into outland?

You cannot flip an application from inland to Outland or vice versa so unfortunately you will need to start from beginning again.
