when i applied for my TRV i included my sister daughther as my daughther because my sister is dead, and her daugther was with me ever since, but now that am my husband is sponsoring me for my PR i did not include my sister daughther because she is not with me again, but i dont have any child of my own. do you think that they would ask me about it in the interveiw?

Like we all say not telling the truth will always bite you in the a-- later.Of course they will ask you in an interview.

Prepare an explanation and get some proof of it for the interview. If they don't ask, fine, but they probably will.
It should be fine. What you did was unofficially adopt your niece. You took care of her because she no longer had a mother. This is commendable. However, to bring her to Canada as a dependent child, she would have to be officially adopted, which you did not do. So you were right to not include her on your PR application.
You don't have to be defensive about it at the interview. You unofficially adopted her when her mom died, so you have a parent-child bond with her, but since she was not officially adopted you couldn't include her in the PR application.

I think you have done the right thing and I am sure once you have your chance to explain your reason for not including her in your PR the IO will understand. There are situations where being a mother does not necessarily mean you have to be a biological parent, sometimes its can be the person that is the main caregiver and provides basic needs such as food, clothing, medical, roof over their head and most importantly LOVE. Obviously for a Legal PR application you could not include your niece but again the IO will recognise what a commendable thing you have done by providing for your sisters daughter as if she were your own...Not every one would do that! Try not to worry IO's are only human after all! :)

Sometimes I am not so sure about that! :P
