will it affect my application due to different name in PGWP?

hello,

i submitted my PGWP application back in may. the thing which went wrong is that i have written only my father's name in personal information section I forgot to write mine. But at the bottom in signature box i have written mine. the thing is that now application is in the name of my dads name. when i called to cic call centre they were unable to help me. so that i have messed up the thing i am worried.

will it affect my PGWP? is there anything which can i do?
please help me out... i am freaking scared!!! :-(

It could. The officer may decide that your application is not up to par with their standards and reject you. If I were you I will immediate call CIC to cancel my application and get the refund. If your study permit is still valid, you can re-apply with no problems.

my study permit is also expired.. hope for the best...
