They send back documents through normal post. Normally it is delivered in 2 to 3 months time. U should receive your documents within next one month. Send case specific inquiry to CIO about documents they will give u specific date on which your documents were dispatched.

Unfortunately not. They keep them for their records, so in case you re-apply they have the details of your previous application. They return the fee but I'm a bit confused about IELTS, since it's the only important document of the package that can't be duplicated. I read some cases that it was returned and some not. Don't know if it had to do with pre- or post-June rules or with the officer that handles it.

Thanks Thalia....I have figured out to get the original IELTS from British Council. They told me to lodge a lost report to police station and to send FIR copy with DD of Rs.1700 to British Council. They'll issue me the IELTS TRF within a week time.
I have alreay gathered other documents. So wont be difficult for me to send fresh application without PCC.

Great! Then don't waste any time. Get your IELTS and apply immediately. No matter what the numbers state on the site about the applications received till now, I still believe that they are much much more. Double/triple check all your forms (you filled in the new forms according to the guidance?) and good luck to you! :)
