Will I receive offer from Clg/Uni after 7 yrs of total Gap and if accepted then will I get Visa? ?

I want to do Masters in Computing in Canada so please look at my profile

BTech in EEE : 74.45% (2009-2013)
Intermediate : 95.2% (2007-2009)
10th : 89% (2007)

Experience : 4.5 years work Experience in IBM as a System Engineer and still working.
Gap : 2 years after BTech due to Medical issue (Have reports) & & short courses.
Martial Status : Married

Colleges are in effect run as a business and they look for international student fees so whilst someone might get an offer relatively easily that is no guarantee of getting a study permit. That decision is made by IRCC based on your overall profile, reason for coming to Canada and so on, the offer simply completes the application.
