Will i go for university or college?5.5 in one module

Hello ..please reply soon as i don’t have much time to think
My band score is overall 6.5
L 7.5
R 6
W 6
S 5.5
I recently recieved the offer letter from sault college offering two years diploma of early childhood education and its deadline to pay fee is 17 april.i am affraid that if i will get visa or not because of 5.5 band in one module.
I consult my agents and they recommend me to give ielts exam again.and also to start process of my student visa and to pay half fee before 17 april.i am not sure that if i will give exam i will score each 6.

I consult to another agent and they recommend me to apply for a offer letter of uni of winipeg but its offer letter is not sure.they just say me that i may recieve my offer letter in one month.
So please advise me right path.

Your IELTS scores are too low for university. IRCC won't accept anything under 6.0 for a study permit for university studies.
