I would like to know whether i would be eligible to get a canadian student visa? Kindly go through my profile and suggest me whether i should go for the visa or not and if possible please do suggest me the right course and college. I am only looking forward to community colleges under SPP.

X11 - CBSE - 78 %
B-Tech Mechanical - 6.6/10 ( CGPA) (2011-2015)
IELTS - 8.0 (R-8.5,L-8.5,S-7.5,W-6.5)
The negative part is that i had 9 backlogs during my b-tech period and i took one more semester to clear 1 backlog from the 7nth semester.
