Hello everyone I’ve been living in canada for a year now completing my certification of global business management but my passion is at fitness industry. My most part times and full time jobs were personal trainer as i am certified personal trainer. After my graduation if i chose personal training as my career path will that be a problem for me getting a PR? Or your job must be related to your degree?

Personal trainer job is skilled in noc right?

It's generally skilled. However based on how you are employed / how you work, you may end up being self employed. If you are self employed, you will not be able to count this as Canadian work experience towards CEC. So something to be aware of.

So even if I am self employed how would i apply for PR then? Any recommendation?

You can still apply through Express Entry. You would want to make sure you have 470+ points.

Then make sure you are formally employed with a contract, payslips, T4, etc. It will be harder if you are classified as an independent contractor/freelancer.
