Unfortunately, if you did not take Math in final grades of high school, you are not eligible to apply for programs that require Math.
You may consider completing General Arts - One Year Certificate program before you apply for Computer Networking and Technical Support program.

I just want to ask experts that during General Arts - One Year Certificate i apply for work permission ofcampus .Will i get permission because after General Arts - One Year Certificate i will join 2 year computer network technicain .;

1. You can apply to off campus work permit after 6 months. Check this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-offcampus-who.asp

2. You can also apply for PGWP after your certificate (in case your college is in quebec then you must be 18 years or older in order to get PGWP) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-who.asp

3. When you get LOA for this computer network certificate then you will fill a change condition form and submit this application to modify your study permit at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta.

4. Using this change condition application you can also extend your off campus work permit.

This is very good advice. :D

There is a list of post-secondary institutions that qualify for work permits. On the CIC website, Studying in Canada, go to Work Permits for Students. Look for the link at the bottom of the page. Just make sure the school you have chosen is listed.

I think that since your one year certificate is a kind of pathway into a degree, it is fine. You will be able to extend your work permit, as long as your academic standing is good.
