Will I get my "remaining" post-grad work permit after studying for 2 more years?

I have a couple of questions regarding my study permit, I've completed my 2yrs of post-secondary education(from 2014 to 2016) and I've gotten my 3 yr post-grad work permit in August this year. But I want to study again, can I apply for study permit again? And let's say I get my study permit in January 2017 and after completing my 2 yr(from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018) studies, will I get my "remaining" work permit, which is 2 years and 8 months in Jan 2019?

What I mean by "remaining" work permit is that I got my 3 yr work permit in August 2016 and if I get my study permit in Jan 2017, so only 4 months (August 2016 to December 2016) of my work permit have been used and 2 years and 8 months of my permit is "remaining". Will I get it after completing my 2yr studies (from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018) in Jan 2019?

No - you won't get your "remaining" PGWP after you complete additional studies. You either use the entire PGWP now or you lose it. And unfortunately the PGWP is a one-time deal. So you can't apply again.
