You probably already know you will need to boost your CRS score by about 70points as the unspecified draws are running at about 440 points at the moment. Options to explore.
1) Maximise your language scores, if you could do that it would take your points to the 450 range after 2 years canadian work experience.
2) Get a firm job offer to gain another 50points and improve your language scores.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=695&top=29
3) Have you considered the FSW strand. Have a look here to see if you might qualify. http://www.visassimply.com/canadian-visas/fsw-point-test/
The specific FSW draws are pretty infrequent but it may be the way for you. The last FSW specific draw was 30th May 500 places @ CRS 288, and prior to that 1st November 505 places @ CRS 241
4) Have a closer look at PNP. If you could get a nomination it would guarantee an ITA as it adds 600points to your score. Have a look at each province that might be of interest to you and what they have on offer. Your field of employment may help with this. e.g. Ontario http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPWORKER.html
