I can't tell you if it will be easy to get a visa. There's certainly still a possibility of refusal. From what we've seen on this forum, the chances of approval seem to increase if you wait 6-8 months after you become a PR before applying.

I believe visitor visas to the US are typically valid for several years. However this doesn't mean you can visit the US for several years (you'll be limited to either a 3 month or 6 month visit - not sure which) and how long you are ultimately allowed into the US for is up to immigration when you arrived.
