Will I be able to apply for a visa on medical ground for pregnancy?

Hi everyone,

So my wife is a Canadian citizen and we have put in a spousal sponsorship application for me last year. This year we found out that we are expecting. She would like to

So she would like to go back to Canada to her family and delivery baby but she also doesn't wanna do it alone without me. She wants me to be a part of the process too.but I won't be able to go to Canada before my visa comes.

So am I eligible to apply for some sort of a medical ground so that I can stay with her through the delivery and then will come back.

There's unfortunately no special visa for this situation. You would simply apply for a regular TRV and state your reasons for wanting to visit Canada. Difficult for any of us to guess whether it will be approved or refused. Good luck.
