Will financial support for my sibling’s TRV application affect my own PR application,

I am currently in Canada on open work permit. My PR application has been submitted and is still in review.

My sibling wants to visit and I would like to provide financial support for the visit. Is there any reason to believe that the IRCC will use my letter of support for my sibling against my PR application?

No impact because sibling needs to show funds, not you. You can write a letter of invitation but sibling needs to show cash in the bank to support a visit.

Sibling has very little funds hence i am providing the financial support so i am submitting those documents.

So she can provide your bank statements but IRCC doesn't have to consider them as she is not your dependant nor immediate family member to IRCC. Her showing little to no funds will raise flags to IRCC that she cannot afford to come.
