Will EE stop drawing after the annual goal is achieved?

Didn't have IELTS in May, so missed that round.
Didn't have one year Canadian work experience until mid Sep.
That is it.

I guess the next round of CEC draw will require at least 500 points

That's a real bad timing, you couldn't qualify for TR to PR either? I guess they will start monthly CEC draws or they could have a draw tomorrow because today was a holiday (who knows, IRCC doesn't follow logic anymore).

Just noticed that today is a holiday...

I was refreshing IRCC's webpage every 10 secs the whole day..

Guess I will be doing the same tomorrow.

I thought the score would keep being low, so I didn't even certificate my first degree or ask for letters for my foreign work experience.

Really caught me off guard...

Yeah, but the last draw happened in a Tuesday... So.. Who knows.
And I cannot imagine how high the score will be...

I think it is very safe to say that CEC is suspended...
