Will cic email application result?

I want to know that will the cic send an email stating my visa approval or rejection or will it be listed on my gc account?

CIC will only send an automated email from a (DoNotReply email) and it will say that you have a new message in your GC key account (as long as you have linked your application online)

Then you will see the update there. You won't get your decision sent in an email...
