Will a refugee work permit be taken away for an ineligible claim?

The person in question applied at the start of Feb 26 after more than 3 years in Canada. They are most likely ineligible as they applied after 2020 and first came in 2021.
However they have a work permit. They haven’t had their ineligibility letter yet. Will the work permit be taken away if their claim is now deemed ineligible? Or, will they get to keep it?

They won't loose their work permits until PRRA decision. Even if their WP is expired before PRRA, they can still renew their WP under Temporary public policy Exemption.
