Hey everyone !!

I got my PR this June. But i got married just recently. I have done the landing (have the PR card) and am currently in another country. My wife created the express entry profile at the start of this year, but the scores have been increasing.

I have a few questions:
1. Can my wife claim my brother's points (whom I claimed for in my application and who is a Canadian)? Or claims points from me, as i am a resident and she is a candidate on her own?
2. She wants to work, and I believe (If i am not wrong), that she cannot work on spousal sponsorship visa? Is this true?
3. Can I apply for spousal sponsorship from outside Canada?
4. How do i update cic/canadian authorities about my marriage status?

No and no
If she's in Canada while you file your sponsorship application she can apply for an open work permit. If she's outside of Canada, no
No you need to be living in Canada
You don't need to inform IRCC. You'll need to inform CRA if you previously filed tax as a single person
