I am facing a bit of a unique issue for my spouse. Here are the details:
I am a PR, landed in Oct 2017. I got married in Nov 2018. Before we were married, my wife had been in processing for PR via express entry (FSW) since Aug 2018 .
Her application is still under processing, has exceeded the 7 mths timeline, and the latest GCMS notes informed us that it is flagged with a "Review Required" (RR) due to a review needed for her NOC/job duties.
We are still waiting to hear back on her independent Express Entry PR application till date. Each passing day is stressing us out though.
Since we got married in Nov 2018, is there any option with me to sponsor her? I was told previously that since she already has an application pending, there is no provision for me to sponsor her further.
Could you please advise what our options are. And in case there is somebody who could help with this?
