Hi Guys,
I am filling up EE profile and it asks for spouse quailfications. I am not claiming points for spouse degree and she only has a provisional degree and not the final degree. So I have two options:
1. Add degree to EE profile and say that it has not been evaluated by WES
2. Put that she has no education.

The result in number of EE points is same but with 2 i am not stating the entire truth. If i put #1 do i have to upload her degree scan at some later point in the process ?

Put that she has no education in EE profile. However when you will get ITA, under personal history you can mention her studies. They will be ignored and not evaluated in CIC for PR Visa.

I am a professional, I know the process in and out.

Incorrect. He should include wife education and mention that she has no ECA. Her education wont be evaluated. This is a better way :)

It's good to be confident, but I have seen on other threads that you have given advise that was incorrect. However, in this case, your advise can be followed.
Its up to you to accept or deny. I have seen a lot of cases where people getting rejection because of wrong answers. Till now, in my all responses, only two answers were wrong. You can check all of my conversations and replies. So, I know my mistakes and I am improving. Its your choice to accept the advice or ignore.

Everything is not free in this world my friend. Wish you good luck
