wife is non accompanying but it says child accompanying by default. any one face such problem?

In my PR application I selected my wife as non accompanying, whereas i never got an option for my child and it was just routine questions like biological etc but after i filled the entire form it says my child is accompanying. Any one faced such a issue before and if so what did they do or is it the case for any dependent and we can explain in LOE that thats the way it shoes in the PR form but in reality my kid is not accompanying.
