whyyyyy --- Does the sponsor also have to fill out this form???

Hi I am applying for Common Law sponsorship
And I have to fill out Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
does my Sponsor my Common Law partner has to fill out this as well???

Who must fill out this application form?

This form must be completed by:
•you, the principal applicant;
•your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
•your dependent children aged 18 years or older (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

For refugee claimants in Canada: Only family members included in your application for refugee protection who are with you in Canada must complete this form

if my common Law partner my Sponsor has to fill out that why is it not in his GUIDE???

No, your common-law partner does not need to include one because s/he is your sponsor.
If a person is being sponsored and they have a common-law partner, it would be needed.

As Ponga said, only the applicant (you) needs to fill this out. Remember these forms are used for multiple types of applications so the instructions are sometimes general.
