Why without ielts foreign workers not allowed???

If one person they want go to Canada they want ielts if the person have experience for job and education why they prefer for Ielts’s??

no matter what you have done at your back home thats just a language test that you can speak ,listen and write english in an english speaking country for your easily survival, you have to meet their minimum requirement to get in canada

Yes sir but if you no how to speak English listening and writing and reading .why they exam for this if you doing job they knows how to perform and english now a days international’s language every body knows how to speak

Lol, no, everyone certainly does NOT know how to speak English.

IRCC wants to make sure people coming to Canada can integrate and function in society. Speaking English/French is a very big part of that.

Also to grade the applicant's ability against their peers.

This is speechless every country want ielts and want band 6 even they give exam for ielts and result band 5 they not agree for proceed my application how impossible???

The answer is to spend time to improve your English. These are the rules that IRCC has decided to follow.
