Why Wes Refused My Application

The signed Academic Records Request Form should have been sent together with the original transcripts by your school. Looking at this case, I think WES has a generic email replies to all records that have incorrect and/or incomplete requirements.

For your peace of mind, give them a call and confirm if it's only the Academic Records Request form they needed.

Academic Records Request Form should be there. Also did WES wanted attestation from Dean? For my application it was Controller of Examination but it may vary country to country.

i tried to call them they keep me on waiting for 15 min without any response. any idea how to reach them?

For Egypt its clearly says "Please click here to download an academic transcript request form. " for transcript.

I think its a mandatory item for your country.
