Why we are asked for medical exam again

I am very confused of how IRCC sends out medical exam request.

Both my wife and I applied for FSW before marriage. We got married last year and our baby was also born last year. We sent out the updates through the webform and submitted additional documents once requested.

Three months ago (Feb 2022) my wife received medical exam request from IRCC for herself, myself and our baby. We did that.
Yesterday (May 2022) I received medical exam request for my wife, our baby, BUT not myself.

Very confused. Does anyone know how IRCC decides who should do medical exam and who shouldn't? Thank you ahead for any information!

Hi! I received the same request for my spouse again. He provided the upfront exam with the application but they ask to take an exam again. Him only, not me.

Did your spouse and baby did the med exam once again and that's it?
