Dear yukon and other members,

Please break this cross talk. This thread is for those who have been helped by qorax as here they can post their gratitude towards the captain. Yes you are true too that some members do not search the web and just post on the forum. But so what !!

Please break this.

One more thing i agree with you that there are many who are trying to fit into the 38NOC. Many have asked me to and when i ask them that how will you fit into the 38 i do get shocking answers. You might know what happened to the Australian immigration system. Initially they were giving PR just on basis of the paperwork. But later they realized that they have given PR to so many yet there is a skill shortage. Then they started a system where you have to give a practical test. And presently it's Suspended. I am an electrician and have worked hard for 5 years in my field. I want the Canada immigration guys realize this fault in the system and correct it....This is my thought

But In the end....Stop this cross talk....!!!Just Chill!!!!

...Canada is a dream destination for many, but is the FSW process ideally getting the "skill" that Canada sought out for when they introduced this whole new process. People try to fit in the 38 NOC by hook or crook & then end up doing survival jobs when they reach Canada. All this when some are much better off currently in their own country...

Hi Brother,

Look at it this way. The whole Immigration Process is based on us landing here & taking-up these Survival Jobs only. Canada is not looking for Sr. Managers to start with. They want us to fill-in their starter blanks.

Remember, the entire workforce here is Immigrants. They have climbed the same ladder. All came here with the utmost quals & expertise, same like u & me. And all jobs here needs to be performed by us only. Be it the menial ones (though there's nothing menial here), plumbing, cleaning, roadworks, painting, clerical, admin errands et all. If we all think that's not for us, who'd do those? And mind u, everyone went thru that phase.

Over a period, each went up the corporate ladder. That's why, here the Canadian Experience counts. Counts very much... In whatever field we might have worked earlier on. The Employers want to see that, the Govt want too. That's why, again, when we apply for a General Manager's vacancy, later, they'd check on the Canadian Experience... In say, plumbing, cleaning or clerical (any thing), they do not look for the same field that we r now applying for the GM's post. [just an example]

The wise thing is to accept that... And we'd succeed here undoubtedly. Given 1-2yrs, everyone reverts back to one's core competence. Besides, the pay on some of those unregulated occupations is good... In 6months gets even better... And over a period, many draw better than a White Collar Manager's. Which is why, many continue in those fields itself... Sometimes as an Entrepreneur. Plus, u get the tax benefits too. That accrues a better saving than a steady 9-5 job.

Note that not all ppl in those jobs r Asians. In fact, there r equal non-Asian mix as well. I've been here many a times earlier, on business, and till date I've noticed that here Race, Religion, Color etc do not matter. While at job, we r all equals... Ditto while socializing... Viva Canada !!!

DEAR YUKON ,
IT IS THE INDIAN MENTALITY OF ADMIRATION AND APPRECIATION AND NOT THAT OF FOLLOWERS THAT YOU THINK IT IS , IF EVERYTHING IS ON CIC WEBSITE THEN WHY ARE YOU ON THIS FORUM.

I am a psycho analyst understanding human behaviour & responses in different situations. I just read the posts for data. BTW I am Indian & most people here seem to be too. So the inference. Nothing more.

THATS GOOD NOW YUKON IS IN DAMAGE CONTROL MODE, ;)

I am sure I can't get this information on CIC website.

Another sixer by captain (Sachin Tendulkar of Canadavisa Discussion forum).
God bless you qorax.

Regards

Ok, I am not here to dispute your reputation or your following!!
I was just tyring to make aware others who can benefit from being pro-active & use their own skill & learn the process thereby being more independent themselves. I am aware too of all that you have written & have learnt everything the hard way, but then today I understand things much better to make my own decisions.

Nothing perosnal here. All the reactions coming are more at an emotional level, nobody has bothered uptill now to understand what I actually mean.
Anyways I am not into all the ratings stuff, so rest assured it wasn't me.....!!

I have been following the captain for long. Lots of good advice is given by him. Such person would be needed in Canada and he will bring a lot of benefits to India by being in Canada.
Thank you for all your help in the forum.
