Processing time after being nominated by province (after file transfers to Ottawa or Buffalo) takes about same time for people who are applying within Canada (i.e. International Student Stream and Employee Direct Stream) and people applying outside Canada (i.e. Family Support etc), usually processing time is 14 months.
(1) Canadian Immigration dont understand people who are in Canada applying through work permit with an expiration date.
(2) People who are applying with in Canada, most cases already has permanent full time job offer and therefore already successful to settle in Canada.
(3) International students already has Canadian credential and experience. I personally know many people coming from foreign countries rely on Canadian social benefit program paid by Canadian Tax payers e.g. student loan, welfare etc.
Finally I just can't understand about this complex Canadian Immigration process. Please kindly refer me any cic contact so I can address these questions. Thanks
