Why original transcripts in sealed envelop are not returned by CHC London?

Hi Everyone, I have received this parcel from CHC London informing me that I should wait for further processing in 6 to 12 months' time. They have also sent me back my original documents. I had sent them my result cards with my original documents as Punjab University delayed the issuance of transcripts in sealed envelops. Later, I got the transcripts issued and payed the Punjab University Lahore to send these in sealed envelops. But I have no proof whether the university ever sent my transcripts to CHC London or not. CHC never acknowledged the receipt of these transcripts. Anyhow, now they have sent me my original result cards but no transcripts. Can someone tell me please why have they retained the transcripts? Does that mean they never got them? Or do they keep them for processing? Kindly enlighten me anyone if u know anything about it.

Do not worry ----- same is the case with me. Got 6-12 months wait letter along with original docs.

I sent my & my spouse's transcripts by myself and VO did not send these back to me except Intermediate transcript of my spouse.

As per my knowledge we do not have to send the original we send only the attested photocopy(attested by university) in a sealed envelop of university....

Thanks Ashraf. Spartan at that time it was a requirement of Canadian Immigration to send original transcripts in sealed envelop directly from University.

You can send a CSE to LVO and raise your concern, sometimes they dont send all the the docs without any reason it happened to me, they returned all my docs except for my daughters original birth certificate I sent a CSE to them and they returned the same in next 10 days.

That's not original,. That original official copy attested by university in university sealed envelop.

University issue original just once to you.

Later they send attested photo copy in sealed envelop, there original official copy.

Please correct me if I m wrong

@Aquib---- Curmudgeon mentioned rightly ---- previously requirement was to send post secondary ( inter, BA, MA -- so on) original transcripts along with their attested photo copies

Sorry mate, you are right, if apply from western country we just need photo copy (not even attested) but if apply from India, Pakistan etc they need everything original.

Im from the UK so sent copies of degree certificates etc if this makes a difference?

My situation is similar to Sarah, 6-12 months letter WITHOUT any document!
Is there any thing wrong to worry about?
