Hi all,

I need an urgent help with my job duties. I am an IT consultant and I have my job duties as:

1.Configure, upgrade and improve infrastructure based on business requirements.
2.Develops environments such as development, system, pre-production and production following software development life cycle.
3.Identifies problems in infrastructure and applications for pre-production environments and implements solutions when required.
4.Develops blueprints to deploy servers and also manages the cloud servers.
5.Provides application support in system strategy, management and service delivery.
5.Creates and maintains documentation regarding the application and servers for project.
6.Creates service tickets, co-ordinates different stakeholders in the process to deploy application in all the environments.
7.Manages Microsoft SQL Server's backup, restore and apply SQL patches.
8.Reviews and extends policies and procedures for compliance security.

Can you please check that my job duties match to IT consultant 2171 noc code?

It would be a great help. I am in confusion whether they match to 2171 code.

2171 / 2172 has got some confusing and similar duties. try to focus on lead statement of particular NOC and see if you fall under it.. Mainly they see the lead statement and job duties..
