Why my EE Overall score was 0 ?!

I submitted my EE application from the UK recently. But it replied immediately that I’m not eligible to apply and the overall score is 0. Why is that? I’m targeting the FSW.
About myself:
34 yrs, single, 2 master’s degree in the UK (1 FT, 1 PT), 7yrs NOC A work experience in the UK, IELTS (L&S 8, R&W 6.5). no work and study experience in Canada.
Now I know I need to finish the ECA before submitting, and can improve the IELTS as well as do a French test to improve the score. But why was it 0? I don’t think I entered incorrect information. Thanks

You have 0 without ECA report I believe.

ECA is mandatory so you can’t submit a profile until you have it.

No ECA means you don't qualify and your score is zero.
