Why my Canada Express entry profile is showing as ineligible?

I have got 1 year experience in Canada and got my Educational Assessment done.
I have scored 6 in CELPIP Writing. I went for revaluation and got it changed to 7 as per CELPIP website. I'm still waiting for my hard copy of the updated score.

1. I created profile by selecting CELPIP-General and provided just registration number. Immediately it shown as my profile is ineligible after submission.
2. I realized that I need to provide registration number and PIN number in place of CELPIP form number. It again thrown as profile ineligible after submission.
3. A colleague of mine suggested I need to select CELPIP-General 2014 instead of CELPIP-General and rest of the details are same as earlier. It again thrown as profile ineligible after submission.

Can someone suggest me what am I missing here.
Am I suppose to wait until I get hard copy of CELPIP score to create profile?

Eagerly waiting for response to complete my profile creation.

Could you please suggest within how many days you received your re-evaluation score ? how many business days ?
I am also thinking to apply for reevaluation in Speaking section.
