its beeing more than two month that i haven't get any update in my student application.

My update should be ppr request cause on july 17 i already got visa and study permit number mention in my portal but no ppr request. And its 2 webforms in 2 month but not any update.

Can you contact IRCC via telephone through VPN? Can’t call from outside Canada, but may want to try through VPN/Skype to talk to a call centre agent.
