Why I am not eligible to be in Express Entry Pool ?

Hi,

Can someone please explain why I am not eligible to be in express entry pool while I am creating profile for express entry. Is there any different way to be in Pool.

My Profile details are as follows:

Country: India
Work experience: 4.6 years in IT
IELTS Scores: L-6.5, R-7.5, W-6.5, S-6.5
CRS as per tool on CIC website: 362

If your have Bachelors ECA, then I doubt you will get 67 points under FSW.

Hello everyone.
I have a query of my own. My application keeps on getting in eligible. I had hired a representative prior to this who had made my profile n it was accepted in d pool with a crs of 370. But I realised there was additional experience added which I wasn’t aware of. I fired d rep n tried to make sure my profile is created all true to my knowledge. But now i have tried again and it shows in eligible.
I have a overall ielts score of 7
Educational assessment by wes
1) secondary school diploma and diploma (2 years)
2) Diploma 2 years
Work experience as a mechanical engineer for 3 years & 7 months as a junior marine engineer prior to that.
I would grateful if anyone could help me out with this.

What is your AGE?
IELTS module wise?

I personally think, you do not get 67 points under FSW due to which your profile is ineligible.

Your FSW is 61 only. This is the reason you are ineligible.
