Why flat rentals dont own laundry washer/dryer

Most of the adverts for rent is see have shared laundry or coin operated laundry.

Many flats have their own washer/dryer - it's quite common. The cheaper ones don't.

It's pretty simple. The more you're willing to spend on rent, the more amenities you get.

As mentioned, you get what you pay for.. I pay over 1700 bucks and have no washer/dryer, only shared laundry. Keep looking.
