Just found Ontario issued 185 invitation for CRS score range: 350-448 underHCP stream of job target.
My NOC code is 2211 - Chemical technologists and technicians with CRS score 420. I created my profile September 2, 2018.
Currently still working full time with PGWP and had one full year work experience and met the language requirement.
Since my CRS score is higher than 350, I'm wondering if I did something wrong so I didn't received the NOI? Or does job targeted means the job needs LMIA?
