Why did this happen?

Hi all, yesterday I received an ITA and clicked on 'Continue Application'. Today I just received a 'ghost' email. Just checked my profile and everything is exactly as it was yesterday.

For those who have gone through the process, please tell me what this means. Should I be concerned?

You'll learn to ignore those unwanted mails soon enough. Every time some subroutine hits your record, a mail alert is sent out. Usually harmless with zero predictability. Very occasionally, harbinger of good news.
