Hi, while reading different posts at this forum I came to know tht CIC can even reject an HRSDC approved AEO .I need to know why it is so as how cic could reject tht AEO ,that has been approved after a long period of investigation n checks by their own authentic organization(HRSDC).What do other members think abt this issue?

I don't know what HRSDC checks when they approve an AEO. Maybe they only check that the job offer is real and not that for example the person whose name is on the AEO has qualifications to do the job. Or even if they did, like somebody here said, if you have a job offer and the qualifications for the job offer and then it turns out on IELTS that you have zero English, maybe they will decide that you will not be able to do this job.

HRSDC Checks the following....

1. Whether the employment offer is genuine.
2. Whether the wages offered to the skilled worker are consistent with the prevaling wage rate for the occupation and the working conditions meet generally accepted wage stabdards.
3. Whether the employment is not seasonal or part time in nature.

I heard that CIC called an applicant to ask about the job, its conditions, wage and the employer's name... They called a guy and then they sent him a refusal letter. I don't know clearly about the reason why? I just know that he couldn't give out any answer about his job offer.

Sometimes AEO's are bought. A prospective immigrant pays a broker a bunch of money for an AEO and the broker negociates a business to apply for this AEO from Service Canada splitting some of the money with them.

CIC may have suspected something about the company or his qualifications for the job and if they call him and he can not answer one question about his own job offer, obviously they think something is going on there.

I guess so, Leon.
