Why CHC send passport with medical?

i got medical on 31st May.. but can someone tell me that why did CHC send passport with medical? i have done my medical and doctor was saying that they will send my medical reports within 3-4 days but i dont know what to do with my passport? why did they send passport and what should i do now?

It's a standard procedure.They always do that.Happens to everyone.

offcourse u have to send it again.. if u want u can send them a cov letter as well stating that i am sending it in lieu of my file number bla bla.. and if u want u can send a photocopy of ur medical as well.. the one doctor gave u that receipt of fee.. upto u.. itx not a hard and fast rule.. jux to be a bit professional..

why did they send passport and what should i do now?

Anybody who needs to stay more than six month in Canada needs to undergo the medical test.

For medical, you need to show them proof of your identity which is Passport, and that is why CHC sent the passport back.

You now need to undergo the test, and resubmit your passport back (along with a photocopy of medical call letter, and a covering letter).

A simple letter stating that you had received a request from CHC to undergo medical test on xyz date, with the file no abc etc. And that you are resubmitting the passport for further processing.
