I just copied and pasted below info from my EE profile. As you can see, I'm getting 0 (Please take a look at a line with bolded and underlined). I graduated at a college in Canada. And I also double checked that I update it in my profile properly.

According to EE calculator, I'm supposed to get 15 points for Canadian education. Therefore, there is 15 points difference between EE profile points(435) and EE calculator points(450) because of that 15 points.

Can you please kindly advise ?
Please let me know if you need to know more!

You should answer NO to the question "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language course"

Also remove the link as the screenshot shows your real name. It's never a good idea to post personal identifiable information on the internet.
Thank you for advice! I just realized that my name is there and it's removed.
I have updated accordingly (Say "No" under the question) but the score hasn't changed....
Do you have any other thoughts ?

It may be due to your answer to "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language course". I may be wrong but I gESL programs don't count. You answered YES. It seems you did a two year program and half of it was ESL.
I just changed this answer to NO but the score is still the same... Do you think everything else looks okey ??

Wait for 24 hours.
It just went up!! thank you so much!!
I have another question. I had dropped out of university with only 4 semesters completed. Can I also update it on my profile and I could answer "In good standing but no certificate or diploma, degree awarded"?

Does it help improve my score ?

This isn't counted as a Master's or professional degree. I'm assuming you got a CPA designation or something like that? If so, this is just counted as a professional designation. No additional points for that.

You can
No it won't
My wife has completed 12th (HSC) which is higher secondary and she was awarded the certificate. Should I select "in good standing but no certificate" or select "received certificate, diploma or degree" in the education section. Dont know if its called certificate as per Canadian education. Even though it has only 2 points but that helps my crs score go bit high. Your response is really appreciated :)

What did you do here. I have same condition as you. Also, do they ask WES for HSC?
