why am I having trouble to upload my IMM5710 file

Hi,I'm trying to apply for the co-op work permit today.

I've submitted the letter, travel doc, and my digital photo. I filled out the form and it showed "validation completed successfully"

but when I upload it on the cic website, it shows:

Your answer is incomplete. Provide the necessary information below to continue.

error.C2CValidation.InvalidStudyPermitStatus

Can anyone please tell me what's going on here? I've been trying to do everything I can to fix this but just don't know what's wrong/

The interview session in our university is coming soon, but I don't even have a co-op work permit.. sad.
