Hi, I am in the final steps of submitting my work permit application and trying to pay the fees. Every time I enter in my payment info, a debit mastercard, I get sent to a new page with "Transaction Declined" I've looked in my bank and don't see any transactions at all, I've called them as well and they said they don't see any attempt for a transaction for the referenced amount. I've even tried to use my sister's card but hers got declined as well. I've sent a ticket, but not sure how long it will take for them to respond to it. I haven't gotten any emails since sending in the ticket, not sure if they usually send something confirming the receipt of it or not.
Any ideas/help would be appreciated!
